I’m Becky

I’m a forest dwelling mommy, yoga teacher, photographer and avid seeker of a life of presence and soul quenching beauty.

Yoga has contributed more to my soul alignment than I can put into words, which is why I love sharing it with others. In my nine years of practice, I’ve found that yoga continually brings me closer to myself, opening new channels of growth and connection with each season of life.

As I continue to weave the tapestry of my life, the practices of yoga ~ breathwork, meditation, or asana ~ remain my home base. A steady, grounded place to observe what has changed, what’s becoming, and to honor the body, the self, and the journey.

I want that for my students too ~ in the words of Ram Dass, “You can carry it like it’s a great weight on you, or you can do it like it’s part of the dance.” Yoga is a beautiful practice that can invigorate us and help us feel alive in our bodies, but most importantly, our practice invites presence, empowers us to set meaningful intentions, and reshapes our relationship with reality for our greatest good.

Philosophy & Practice

RYT-200 Yoga Teacher
Pursuing Advanced Training with Science of Self Yoga

My approach to yoga is grounded in the ancient wisdom of Patanjali and guided by a deep understanding of the body. I weave together breath, movement, and meditation to create embodied experiences that support nervous system regulation, subtle energy awareness, and authentic presence.

Each practice is bookended by short meditations that guide your awareness back to subtle energy and your true self. In between, we move through cycles of building heat, strength, and balance, followed by grounding poses that invite softening, release, and integration. This is a practice of presence — of listening inward, honoring sensation and subtle energy, and remembering who you are beneath the noise.

Each layer of this work invites you deeper into connection, clarity, and inner alignment.
